Central to its mission, REFLOW utilizes Fab Labs and makerspaces as catalysts for transformation in urban and peri-urban settings. Within this framework, Polifactory has developed the Food Market 4.0 Dashboard (FM4.0D), a pilot-project leveraging digital circular solutions to address key challenges in Milan’s urban circular economy, specifically within the agri-food supply chain.
