Polifactory has come to this first appointment bringing the very first demonstrators of its activities.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about pre-incubation of talents, we&#8217;ll show the first MSc thesis developed in our makerspace. <strong>Margarita Medvedeva<\/strong> has designed and produced a series of custom soft caps for sport appare fully 3D printing, developed through testing a variety of different flexible materials using a <strong>Dremel Idea Builder<\/strong> 3D printer.<\/p>\n<p>On the side of the experimental activities, we will exhibit the first results of the <strong>hackathon Interactive furniture,<\/strong>\u00a0held in September 2015 and connected to the <strong>Design From Ideas To Market<\/strong> project, a series of activities funded by <strong>Regione Lombardia<\/strong> and <strong>Unioncamere<\/strong> with the participation of two enterprises &#8211; <strong>Manerba Spa<\/strong>, <strong>LuxSolar<\/strong> &#8211; and the <strong>Mobilitaly<\/strong> consortium.<\/p>\n<p>The third work on show will be the <strong>Makers&#8217; Inquiry<\/strong> report, developed by the <strong>Design Department<\/strong> in collaboration with <strong>Make in Italy Foundation &#8211; CDB<\/strong> and <strong>Make in Italy Association<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For further information:<br \/>\n<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:polifactory@polimi.it\">polifactory@polimi.it<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just six months after its inauguration, Polifactory puts on show its first activities at the 2015 edition of European Maker Faire in Rome (October 16th to 18th), the annual European&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":3356,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[40],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-3732","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-events"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
