A series of meetings to explore how contemporary needs are transforming traditional food systems. A dialogue and exchange among faculty, professionals, companies, and designers through a multidisciplinary approach (design + food engineering + gastronomic sciences). An analysis of the present to outline a possible food future: innovation and experimentation for sustainable, healthy, and accessible food.
