Alessandro Deserti

Full professor at the Department of Design, where he has been director since 2020. He coordinated the creation of DI.LAB, the Department of Design’s workshop system, one of the most advanced international structures supporting training and research in the field of design. He has worked in applied research and consulting for many companies and institutions, coordinating projects at various levels: tools and methods, strategy, product, communication, interior and exhibit design. He has received grants for several EU research projects under the 7th Framework and H2020 programmes, where he has worked actively as a researcher and coordinator of his research team.
