Francesca Foglieni

Francesca is a researcher, consultant and lecturer in the field of service design and design research. She holds a PhD in Design and currently works at the Department of Design as a project manager for European research projects. She also collaborates with various organisations to support the development and evaluation of innovative service solutions and to promote the adoption of a human-centred and impact-driven approach. Until 2022, she was the teaching coordinator of the Specializing Master in Service Design, and since 2023 she has been the director of executive courses in the Service Design and Innovation cluster at POLI.design.
