Ph.D. candidate in Design (35° cycle) at the Politecnico di Milano. Her research is aimed at investigating possible models of action of service design in the urban context, where artificial intelligence and emerging technologies transform relational and services systems. She graduated at Politecnico di Milano with a thesis on digital platforms for public participation for the citizens of Milan. Being involved in activities related to design for services and design for policy, she worked as didactic tutor at the Master in Service Design by POLI.design – Politecnico di Milano and she participates in many didactic/training and research activities. In the Department of Design, she’s also a member of the research unit Design Policy Lab.
